Description: Some users may have difficulty logging into the Customer Support Portal if the Browser that they are using has too tight of a security setting.
By default, many browsers do not accept third party cookies,
which is required to use the Customer Support Portal. To enable third
party cookies most browsers will have an option to enable cookies:
You should now be able to use the Customer Support Portal with no
problem. If a customer is using a different browser, and can't access
the portal, they should also ensure that they accept third party cookies.
The other problem you may encounter is during redirection. When you log into the Customer Support Portal from the BakBone Web site you are redirected to another site to verify the login, on some browsers this type of redirection is not allowed. In these cases you can use the following URL:
