Solution
From the log there were network connection errors to both the target mailbox and the source Notes mail file, so likely the workstation had a networking error at the time of the migration.
Also there were some Notes view read errors, this possibly due to the network error too.
Recommendation for next steps:
1. Run Domino maintenance on the source mail file (Compact / Fixup / Updall) and verify the mail file has a valid mail template (R8.5 or R9).
2. Submit the account for migration again.
3. If migration fails, then run the migration again with a migration profile which has Verbose logging enabled, and submit to support@binarytree.com
