MAGE agent not syncing mailboxes and showing as nothing to process in the associated logs.
An agent repair and server reboot has not helped.
Taking the following steps can correct the problem in cases where multiple Mage agents exist on a server and a full agent revoke is not desired.
1) Click Agent Management and the specific agent instance under the agent server name
2) Right click the specific agent instance and name and choose Uninstall Agent
3) Reboot the Agent server
4) Redeploy the agent instance through the 'Add Agents for Role' option
5) Confirm the mage agent instance now processes the collection
