Description
When migrating to Office 365 the following error is seen in the MAgE log when trying to switch a user.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): The user has insufficient access rights.

Cause
The account configured within Migration Manager for Exchange does not have access to modify attributes within Active Directory. -
Resolution
Verify that the service account is a member of the BUILTIN\ADMINISTRATORS group or the "Domain Admins" group.
