Description
When Migrating or Synchronizing objects the following error is presented:

Cause
This is caused by pointing to a Read Only Domain Controllers (RODC) -
Resolution
Since the first step of the process is to stamp the Service Attributes, the Read Only Domain Controllers RODC cannot accept the stamping. Pointing the Domain Pair to a writable Domain Controller will overcome the issue.
