Windows 10 Unable to view network printers after processing target workstation. (4307084)

Note: This situation applies to a workstation that was never in the source domain.  CPUU was run on a target machine to enable working with the source Exchange.

After resource processing a user profile on a Windows 10 target workstation, the user logs in with source credentials and has lost his network printer. 

Any user who's target profile is processed with Resource Updating Manager (RUM), is no longer able to add network printers back for the target environment.
