How to Back up and Restore Custom Reports.
Note: The following instructions assume that your current WebReports Site is configured in the default location of c:\inetpub\wwwroot\messagestatsreports
If you are unsure of where this virtual directory is configured please verify the path on the Home folder Tab of the virtual directory properties in the IIS Console.
1.Open Windows Explorer.
2.Expand, "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MessageStatsReports\Reports\_Users" directory.
3.Located within this directory are all Users directory where custom reports should be saved.
4.Back up the "_Users" directory to another directory for backed up reports.
5.In addition to the "_Users" folder, Custom reports saved under Corporate reports are located in "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\messagestatsreports\Reports\#0010_[Corporate Reports]", It is advised to backup this folder as well if you have custom reports saved under [Corporate Reports] in the WebReports console.
6.To restore, copy the backed up "_Users" directory, and "#0010_[Corporate Reports]" to the new location for C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MessageStatsReports\Reports directory.
7. After restoring the "_Users" directory to the new server or drive you will need to assign the Full Control permission to each user folder in the "_Users" directory to its respective user.
