Duplicate alarms appearing in alarm templates after upgrading from version 14.0 to version 14.1.x or 15.0
Description

When an alarm template created in Spotlight Enterprise 14.0 includes changes to Azure SQL Managed Instance alarms, upgrading from version 14.0 to version 14.1.x or 15.0 may result in duplicate alarms appearing in the template.
Resolution
Workaround 1:

Upgrade to Spotlight Enterprise 15.1.

Workaround 2:
1. Identify the duplicate alarm in the template.
2. Edit the alarm that should be removed.
3. Check the Factory Settings checkbox.
4. Click OK to remove the alarm from the template.
