How to enable product features using the online license portal? -
Description
The user who is also the license administrator has received a confirmation from Quest Licensing that a product feature has been enabled for their license. In order for users to start using the feature, the license admin needs to use the Toad World license portal to enable the feature for each user of that license.

Resolution
1. Use the email received from Quest Licensing and click "License Portal Seats page" link
OR
Login to the License Portal with the license administrator account*
- Locate the license in the Personal Licenses or Organization Licenses dashboard and open the License Overview page
- Select the Seats tab
2. Locate the user account name (shown as email address). Click the Pen icon located to the right of the account email address.
3. Enable the AIEplain checkbox and agree to terms. Click Apply to activate the feature for the user.
4. Repeat the above steps for each userNote: Each user will receive an email notification from the license portal about the feature activation along with documents on how to use the feature.
