Error when accessing web reports: "Microsoft .Net Framework version 2.0 must be installed on the IIS server that hosts this application. Microsoft ASP.NET must also be enabled on the virtual directory that contains this application.

(Error details: ASP.Net is not properly configured on the IIS web virtual directory.)

Open IIS Manager and change 'Allow ASP.NET 2.0' to Allow under Web Services Extensions.

Note: In IIS 6 In  IIS Manager and change expand "WebSites" | Default WebSite.

Right click on the SpotlightOnMessaging virtual Directory and select properties, click the ASP tab and make sure ASP 2.0 is enabled.
