Upgrading database cartridges fails with "UpgradeThread: Agent package id not found" -
Description
When running the Upgrade Wizard for database cartridges in the Foglight 6.1.0 (or higher) Management Server (FMS), external Foglight Agent Managers (FglAM) are not upgraded to the same 6.X.X.X (same) level.
The upgrade fails with the message "UpgradeThread: Agent package id not found:" appearing in the details.

Cause
Beginning with the 6.1.0 release of the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) the devkit has been updated to require a minimum FglAM version level.
The Foglight Agent Manager packages matching the FMS version must be installed into the cartridge inventory prior to upgrading the database cartridges in Foglight.

For customers who upgraded the Foglight Management Server (FMS) using the "Foglight Management Server x.x.x Server Installation - Linux x86_64" or "Foglight Management Server x.x.x Server Installation - Windows x86_64" packages:
Download and install the Foglight Agent Manager software from Supportlink that matches the recently upgraded Foglight Management Server (FMS) version (e.g. in FMS 6.1.0, used the FglAM 6.1.0 packages).
The software corresponding to all External FglAMs connecting to the FMS should be installed in Cartridge Inventory.

or the "Foglight Agent Manager x.x.x All" package can be installed.
Once the agent manager components have been installed in Cartridge Inventory, the database upgrade wizard should be able to deploy the appropriate OS FglAM components to the remote agent managers.

For customers who upgraded the Foglight Management Server either any of the following packages
- Foglight for Databases Cross-Platform x.x.x Installation - Linux x86_64
- Foglight for Databases Cross-Platform x.x.x Installation - Windows x86_64
- Foglight Evolve x.x.x - Linux x86_64
- Foglight Evolve x.x.x - Windows x86_64
These installers include the Linux and Windows FglAM packages. External FglAMs running on any of the following Operating Systems should have the corresponding FglAM packages at the matching version downloaded and installed into the Cartridge Inventory.
- AIX
- HPUX
- Solaris x86_64
- Solaris-SPARC
or "Foglight Agent Manager x.x.x All" package can be installed.
Once the additional agent manager components have been installed in Cartridge Inventory, the database upgrade wizard should be able to deploy the appropriate OS FglAM components to the remote agent managers.
