Version 11.x license changes -
Description
Starting with version 11.0 KACE Desktop Authority is using a different license generator than the one used for all prior product versions.
How does this affect me? You will need to obtain a new license in order to upgrade your software to version 11.x or higher.

Resolution
In order to upgrade to version 11.x from version 10.2 or lower, you must obtain a new license file first, before the installation. (Note: 9.x and 10.x licenses will NOT be compatible with version 11.x or higher).If you are unable to locate your License Number to complete the upgrade please contact the Quest Licensing department.
Quest recommends that you plan to upgrade your product to the latest version to continue to obtain all future product features and functionality. To determine the current support phase of your product, please refer to the KACE Desktop Authority life cycle table.
