The following error can be found in the migration log file:

Perform the following test to verify connectivity between the Notes client on the NME admin workstation and the source Domino server:
1. Open the Notes client on the NME admin workstation.
2. Authenticate using the same User ID file and password that NME is configured to use.
3. File | Open | Lotus Notes Application.
4. Look in: <DominoServerName>/<DominoDomain> at the top of the screen.
5. In the File name field in the bottom paste in "<MailFolderName (e.x. mail)>\<user>.nsf"
6. Click the Open button.
If you are unable to open the user's Notes mail file, using the Notes client, from the NME admin workstation, then NME will not be able to successfully migrate the user. You may need to investigate any firewalls in the environment that may be blocking the connection between the Notes client and the Domino server. Also verify that the Notes user id file that is being used for the migration has been given the necessary rights to the mailfile that cannot be opened.
