The Ticket List Layout feature is located on Service Desk | Configuration | Customize "All Queues" tickets list
On this page, you can customize which fields appear when All Queues is viewed on the Tickets List.
The Name of the fields depend on the Default Queue. This is setup under Service Desk | Configuration | Set default queue
The Queue selected here will determine what are the field names when the Ticket List Layout is customized for All Queues:
For example, for the queue selected above, "KACE SMA Service Desk", any changes to the Field Names will be displayed on All Queues.
By going to Service Desk | Configuration | Customize fields | Default Fields tab, note that Priority was renamed to "Custom Priority":
That field name will be displayed on the All Queues List Layout:
