How to update all the passwords -
Description
If the accounts or passwords change that are being used for the Desktop Authority services, then there are three locations that need to have their account and passwords verified.

Resolution
1. Windows Services
- Launch Services on the Desktop Authority Server
- Double click on the Desktop Authority Manager Service
- Click on the "Log On" tab, and make any changes that are needed
- Press "OK"
- Save and restart the service.
- Then do the same to the Desktop Authority Operations Service.
2. Application Pool Identity
- Go to Start | All Programs | Administrative Tools
- Open the "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager"
- Expand the server name
- Click "Application Pools"
- Then select “DaAppPool”
- Right Click and select “Advanced Settings”
- Click the field next to "Identity"
- Click the browse button [...]
- Click the "Set" button
- Edit the account as needed
- Click "OK"
- Then recycle the DAAppPool
3. Desktop Authority Manager
- Under Deployment Settings | Server Manager | Service Management
- Highlight a server that has an "Administrative Service" and/or the "Update Service" installed
- Use the drops downs for the appropriate services that are installed (Administrative Service or Update Service) and click "Edit Properties"
- Edit the accounts as needed
- Click "Save and Restart"
- Repeat these steps for each server that has a service installed
