Unable to Whitelist IP's iOS (4378984)

Trying to add an internal IP to the Whitelist in a Restricted Internet policy for Safari and Chrome, The IP is under the whitelisted information and the devices are getting the values, but it's not working.

Stray character before the one of the URL's on the list.

Verify that all the URLs are correct and do not contain any stray characters. 

Please remember that, according to Apple, the number of bookmarks on the allow list should be limited to about 500. For more details related to the limitation, visit this Apple Site.
