KACE SMA Agent - Supported Operating Systems (4294746)

To review the supported agent-managed and agentless-managed operating systems:

1. Go to the KACE SMA / K1000 Release Notes and Guides page
2. Change the drop-down menu at the top to the desired version number
3. Locate the System Requirements section
4. Click View PDF next to the technical specifications guide for the type of  SMA (eg: virtual, physical, or KACE as a Service)
5. Locate the desired section from the Topics section and choose one
   1. Operating system requirements for Agent-managed devices
   2. Operating system requirements for Agentless management
6. Review the chart for the desired operating system type

Note:  In the event that an operating system is released and not yet added to the officially supported matrix above, please note that it may still be possible to inventory these devices via agent-managed or agentless inventory.  Using a specific operating system prior to official testing and support listing may result in odd behavior.  It may be possible for KACE Support to assist in identifying an issue, but may not be available for repair until official release.
