User has been evaluating Toad and now has purchased, however, Toad is still using the trial license and displays the trial expiration term date on top banner of the application. How does one remove a trial license from Toad Subscription?
Trial licenses can be removed from the online License Portal and depending on your role on the license the steps can vary:
*Note: If the license cannot be located under Personal Licenses page, from the top drop down list, switch to an organization to locate the license.
