RAC connection. Starting ‘Toad Script Runner (TSR)’ or ‘Quest Script Runner (QSR)’ gets error:
ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified
For the TSR, the error also happens on regular non-RAC connections.
The contents of “Database” field seems to have no Service Name and/or is cut off.

Note: Starting “Auto Optimize SQL” also gets the same error.
