Resolution 1:
If the license is a commercial license that's being added to an organization, it cannot be added because the license has been already entered in the license portal by another user and belongs to another organization or personal account. Follow the below steps:
- Contact your license administrator or person in charge of purchasing the license to obtain more information about the license and which organization or personal account it belongs to.
- Verify the email account used to administer or purchase the license.
- Verify your other email accounts that may have been used to administer or purchase the license.
- Using the other user accounts login to the license portal to view the license and which organization or personal account it belongs to.
- Once the belonging organization or personal account is found, the user account who has originally entered the license in the license portal or who owns the license can transfer the license to the new organization.
Resolution 2:
If the license is trial license that being added to the portal to personal license, it cannot be added because the licenses seats have been consumed by other users by using the application.
- Contact your license administrator or the person(s) using the application to obtain more information about the license.
- Contact our team to obtain a new trial license
