Stat agent is not starting -
説明
After added a new Object Type in the application and bouncing the agent, Stat agent will not start up and raised the following exception:

原因
The env variable for CONTEXT_NAME was not set in the stat.conf -
対策
Solution:1. Run this SQL against your Ebiz Oracle Instance as apps/password to determine the correct CONTEXT_NAME

XXXX.env.CONTEXT_NAME:returns from the SQL in item #1 (case sensitive)
