Workflows remain grayed out when creating CSRs for a new service domain -
説明
After creating a new Service Domain called PA by copying over all CSR Types, Statuses, Migration Paths, Workflows, and Queues from an existing domain.
When creating a new CSR in PA, Stat is not associating the CSR type with the corresponding workflow therefore the workflows field remains grayed out.
Confirmed that the default option is checked for the workflows. -
原因
User created a Application for PA. However, the Application Tab column was set to NONE. It must be designated for PeopleSoft.

1. Maintenance | Domain Specific | Applications
2. Create a application for the new PA service domain.
3. For PeopleSoft, you must designate the new Application as PeopleSoft in order for all associated workflows with PeopleSoft module will be activated for the new PA domain.
