説明
When we try to run the report in report Wizard the following error is displayed.
An exception has occurred: "JBAS014580: Unexpected error"

原因
In server.log is the following error:
Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /u01/app/jdk1.7.0_71/jre/lib/i386/libfontmanager.so: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

対策
RESOLUTION:
Package libgcc is not installed. Install package libgcc on the Central Agent server.
