Unable to migrate DDL script or large packages or procedures related to SQLPlus Preprocessor. (4247272)

Under different scenarios, migrating any Schema Objects or SQL Scripts with DDL commands looks like Completed or Complete with Error and the object is not migrated.

Scenario 1: It seems that it is executing with WHENEVER SQLERROR EXIT turned on. We want it to continue and not exit.

Scenario 2: Stat unable to compile Oracle packages of more than 8000 lines. The most frequent error noticed by users was “no such file or directory”. Users also noticed that the script did not look complete in the log file.
