After upgrade to version 11.6.0 Spotlight continues to timeout when connecting to Replication instance.
"Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. : The wait operation timed out [0xFFFFFFFE]"
WORKAROUND:
1. Backup C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Package\replication\2005\agent.sql file
i.e. C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server\ is the default Diagnostic Server installation folder
2. Paste attached file to the same folder
3. Reconnect to the instance in Spotlight
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
