Error: "An error occurred while refreshing the table "TableName" in connection "ConnectionName"." (4273781)

1.  Launched Spotlight on DB2 v 6 and received the following error after connecting to a database.   An error occurred while refreshing the table "TableName" in connection "ConnectionName"

2. Click on OS tab of Spotlight on DB2 v 6.2  to launch Spotlight on Unix also get error 'An error occurred while refreshing the table "TableName" in connection "ConnectionName"

1. The Monitor heap size is at an insufficient size.

2.  sar error command: permission denied.

1.  Please  increase the  size of the monitor heap. Please refer to the IBM System Monitor Guide and Reference to provide the correct increase in size for your environment.  

2. UNIX user permissions and installation settings for Spotlight on Unix:

On AIX, the user must be a member of the "adm" group to be able to run the sar command.
-. For connection using SSH, the sshd daemon must be installed and running.    
-  The UNIX user should have no special processing on log-on.   In particular there must be no input required from the user, and nor should any special login banners be displayed.
