Customers report issues when trying to retrieve data from the cloud but dont know how to generate the app logs for support to review.

SOLUTION: To generate the Spotlight Mobile logs, follow the steps below:
1- Open the Spotlight Mobile app 2- From the Heatmap, click on the left arrow on the top right corner 3- Click on the configuration icon on the top left corner 4- Click on about spotlight 5- Drag and release the spotlight version text 6- Select the email app to share the logs.
