It is possible to ignore database backups absent by selecting ignore in "Health Check"
Would it be possible to ignore this only for some databases and not all of them?

Yes. That is possible.
Instead of selecting "Ignore", please click on the "Databases backups" hyperlink.
In the window that is opened you can select which databases to ignore.
