Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server continues to consume system resources, over 4GB of RAM and 90% CPU. -
原因
The Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server has a cap of 4GB of memory usage, and should it need more at any given point of time it can exhaust system because of the limitation setting. See System Requirements page for the minimum amount of required resources based on the number and type of monitored connections.

対策
Increase the limit of allocated memory for the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server:1. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Cloud Diagnostic Server\Agent\bin folder2. Locate SpotlightCloudDiagnosticServer.ini file and make a backup of it outside of here. Please don’t rename or backup file in the same path.3. Open SpotlightCloudDiagnosticServer.ini file with Notepad4. Replace "-Xmx4096m" value with "-Xmx8192m"5. Save, overwrite the file and close the file6. Restart Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server services
