with a slash on the RemoteScan icon. What does it mean?

The computer has no scanners installed, RemoteScan cannot find a scanner to use, or there is not a selected scanner to use.Right-click the RemoteScan icon on the scanner workstation and move the mouse over Choose a TWAIN Scanner, Choose a WIA Scanner, Choose a ScanSnap Scanner, or Choose a Videos Device options. Find the scanner or camera needed and select it.
