User cannot log in to Radar Reporting and gets message ‘An error Occurred during login’ (4294167)

Overview

A user cannot login in to Radar Reporting and gets message saying, “An error Occurred during login.”

Details

The Radar Classic role is missing for the account; therefore, the user has no rights to access to Radar Reporting.

Solution

1. Log in to TMS with an administrator account:
   1. Either via Radar Reporting > USER MANAGEMENT > Manage Users button.
   2. Or via https://account.quadro.tech
2. Click Users in TMS and search for the user that should have access to Radar Reporting.

3. Assign the Radar Classic role to the desired user.
