One Identity is excited to announce a new version of Safeguard for Privileged Passwords is now available.

Look what's new in 8.0 LTS:

  • Support for including account password with file access request
  • Support for reports available out of the box
  • Support for cloud deployment from Google Cloud Platform
  • Support for just-in-time (JIT) account privilege elevation and demotion for supported LDAP platforms 
  • Support for Google Cloud Secret Manager Asset Platform Type
  • Support for Enterprise Vault: importing from and exporting to CSV and JSON file
  • Support for background image on login page
  • Support for KVM Hypervisor
  • Default Authentication Provider for Login
  • Support for Safeguard Certificate Administration

Version 7.5.x is scheduled to go into limited support on February 5, 2025 and discontinued support on August 5, 2025.
