Does Performance Analysis create explain plan tables on the DB2 database?

Execution plan or explain plan information is collected by the Change Tracking feature of PA.  PA has its own PLAN tables within the PA repository database.  In the DB2 monitored database, whenever any user which has permission to execute an execution plan against a SQL statement will automatically create EXPLAIN% tables on the database.  This applies the same for the PA DB2 user.
