Error message from account enabled for DR:
Remote server returned '550 5.7.711 Your message couldn't be delivered. The most common reason for this is that your organization's mail connector is suspected of sending spam or phish and it's no longer allowed to send mail.

原因
One of the DR related connectors may end up in the Restricted entities in the tenant with error message:
"Connector restricted due to compromise. Suspicious message in the last 24 hours.." -
対策
Confirm with security team and unblock the connector
