Reconcile: Error detecting changes: OU 'OU=xxxxxx,DC=xxxxxx,DC=xxxxxx' does not exist
Job was not completed. An unknown error occured. Check agent logs.
Write: Directory Operation Error (ConstraintViolation): 000021C8: AtrErr: DSID-03200E9E, #1:
Write: A value in the request is invalid. -

agent misconfiguration -
対策
Re-install the Agent
1. Remove: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\On Demand Migration For Active Directory\ODMAD_DS
2. Uninstall from the Control panel - Programs
3. Remove C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\On Demand Migration Directory Sync Agent
4. Reboot the agent server
5. Install the agent again
