To delete an organization in the ODM tool, follow these steps:
- Sign In:
- Log in to the ODM portal.
- Select Organization:
- Choose the organization you wish to delete.
- Access Edit Organization Page:
- Click your email address at the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click the organization name to open the Edit Organization page.
- Initiate Deletion:
- Click the "Delete Organization" button. A confirmation page will appear.
- Confirm Deletion:
- Select the following check boxes to acknowledge the impact of deleting the organization:
- All tenants will be removed.
- All user information will be lost.
- Complete Deletion:
- Click the "Delete Organization" button.
Important Note
- Irreversible Action: Deleting an organization cannot be undone. Please consider all requirements and potential impacts before proceeding with the deletion.
