Chats are not getting migrated.
Or
When running a Teams provision task, the task completes but it does not appear to create the Team on the target tenant.
We see this error in the task log:

The M365 password has been changed or reset and the On Demand Migration (ODM) tool hasn't had that change updated to its Connections. Or the consents have simply expired.
Regrant Consents for the source tenant and the target tenant. You do that under the 'Accounts and User Data ' UI dashboard page | 'Configure Connections. And ensure that the tenant administrator and password are current and correct. For the source and the target tenant
(When you go to the grant consent page, you may find that it actually says there that the token had expired for the Teams migrations.)
Wait and hour to be sure the Consents get updated.
You can also regrant the consents from the main On Demand 'Tenants' page. under 'EDIT CONSENTS' for both the source tenant and target tenant.
And then run the Teams task again.
If this does not resolve the issue, create the Team(s) manually, and migrate the data. This will resolve the issue.
