Unable to Discover Teams - "Prerequisites were not satisfied" -

Currently unable to discover Teams. The main migration account has Global Administrator Privileges. Any suggestions on what to do next. Error: "Prerequisites were not satisfied"
When I look at the Teams section I can see the "Check License" does not have a green checkbox
