Upgrade to NetVault 13.X failed with Error PostgreSQL Upgrade Failed
The nv_pg_upgrade logs indicate that The xcopy command cannot be found.

原因
During upgrade, one of the operations that PostgreSQL does is to use the xcopy command to copy the pg_clog to the new cluster.
xcopy.exe is located under C:\Windows\system32\xcopy.exe . There is a 64-bit version under C:\Windows\SysWOW64\xcopy.exe for x64 versions of Windows.

対策
Run the installation as Administrator user.Be sure to run the upgrade with the same user that was used to install the previous version of NetVault. Otherwise PostgreSQL upgrade will fail.Verify the system variable PATH has a reference to %SystemRoot%/system32.
