License Problems
In most cases when there are problems with users not being imported into Archive Manager who are members of a group this is caused by insufficient licenses. Once Archive Manager reaches your license limit it can no longer import mailboxes until there are more free licenses to do so.
Please check your licenses for Archive Manager by opening the Archive Manager Console, clicking Help, and selecting License. If you have reached your license limit you will need to deactivate mailboxes using the Address Book Manager or purchase additional licenses to be able to import more.
Group Configuration Problems
If you open the Address Book Manager and see that groups are highlighted in orange, this indicates the association of the group in Metalogix Archive Manager and Active Directory is broken and the software cannot reach the group. The most common cause for this is that the group has been moved to a new location in Active Directory. To resolve this issue use the Group Import Wizard to re-import the group from the new location.
Address Book Synchronization Problems
If the Address Book Manager is not configured to run automatic synchronizations the software will not automatically add new members to archive groups. Make sure that Address Book Synchronizations are scheduled to run and that all groups are set to automatically update members
