When pressing the 'Report' button in Toad for Data Analysts, the following error is given:
"Attempt to access invalid address. Please confirm Microsoft Excel is installed on this system."
Excel 2010 / Office 2010 is not supported in version 2.6 and older.
Only versions up to Excel 2007 / Office 2007 are supported in Toad for Data Analysts 2.6 and older. If Excel 2010 is being used, please install 2007 to use with Toad.
Toad for Data Analysts 2.7 and newer Toad Data Point supports Excel 2010. If this issue still occurrs in newer versions of Toad, please try the following:
1. Exit Toad
2. Go to C:\Users\<personal folder>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point.
3. Rename the Toad Data Point folder and restart Toad.
Test the issue with "Send to Report".
