Scripting inventory interval not accurate (4307498)

When looking at Settings | K1000 Agent | Agent Settings | Scripting Update, the calculated machines per minute may not be accurate. 

Example:

Number of clients: 3155

Scripting interval set to: 1 day (24 hours)

Calculation shows: 887.5 connections per minute

This is a cosmetic defect.

WORKAROUND:

You can calculate the correct scripting update interval with this formula:

Number of minutes in frequency / number of clients

Example:

Number of clients: 3155

scripting interval frequency = 4 hours.

     Which comes out to 240 minutes. 

number of clients (3155) / 240 minutes = 13.15 connections per minute

if # of clients (3155 machines) >= the interval (1440 minutes) then display per minute
   else per hour

NOTE: Upgrading to 7.0 or higher will remedy this issue.
