Exchange agent does not collect data. Agent log shows below errors :

Please verify that the authenticating Domain Controller specified in Exchange properties is responsive and handling authentications properly. Try pointing to a different domain controller to check if that resolves the issue

Also verify that montiored Exchange server is registered and published correctly in Active Directory
