Is it possible to find out if emails in all mailboxes have been exported or backloaded?

It is currently not possible to check if each message has/has not been exported or backloaded.
This is because:
1) Both Exchange server(s) and AM servers are constantly busy while Exchange sends/receives emails and AM back loads them with some delay.
2) The total number of emails on Exchange and on Archive Manager cannot be compared as Archive Manager only stores single instance of emails.
3) Archive Manager will not be able to back load every single email in mailbox including corrupted or malformed or with incorrect Internet headers.
This behaviour is by design.
