NM: Delegation Powershell Error: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'String' because it is an empt (4222866)

Issue 
A PowerShell error is returned when attempting to run PowerShell commands in Notes Migrator for processes such as the Delegation Migration.

PowerShell error returned: ConvertTo-SecureString : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'String' because it is an empty string.

Solution
Verify the Notes Migrator Settings document for the CAS Server Settings on the Required Settings > Additional tab. The CAS Server, Username and Password need to be completed and should be a target system Powershell administrator.

Additional Information

For Office 365 migrations the CAS server setting is typically outlook.office365.com but can vary for region specific Microsoft systems. The Username is required for Office 365 migrations and should be the full account format including the domain.

The ApplicationImpersonation role is required for the account used for the delegation PowerShell processing in the target system. This configuration is detailed in the Notes Migrator configuration guide.
