"Error rendering view" reported for packets, utilization, bandwidth, and memory charts in HostMonitor dashboard (4265281)

"Error rendering view" is reported in the HostMonitor dashboard and other dashboards (Alarms, Logical Disks,...).

The  packets, utilization, bandwidth, and memory charts of the HostMonitor dashboard report "Error rendering view" in the IE browser.  In Safari and FireFox icons are displayed.
