Error while creating the Asset Manager database - "An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch" (4318289)

When creating a database during the installation of Asset Manager, an error occurs:

"Exception in Init2 Database file LWCServices.SQL.Init Database.SQL file length=299115 ExecuteNonQuery failed for Database

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch Must declare the scalar variable "@starttime"."

Asset Manager does not allow SQL Collation to be 'Case Sensitive' (CS)

Open the Microsoft SQL Management Studio and set the value of General | Properties |Collation on the database  to "Case Insensitive" (CI)
