Soon after Toad is opened, the following error occurs:

1. Select Tools | Options menu option
2. Navigate to General | Quick Search section
3. Select Remove button for all entries and hit OK
** Note: The above resolution is for Toad for SQL Server only
If issue continues to occur:
4. Select Tools | Options menu
5. Navigate to Security
6. Check 'Do not allow internet access from Toad' and hit OK
7. Close/Re-launch Toad.
