1. Confirm the settings in the associated OneDrive element(s) are correct and that the last replication operation completed successfully.
2. Confirm all client machines have a supported version of the OneDrive client installed and end users have successfully logged into the OneDrive client (at least once) with the expected email account.
IMPORTANT: Currently only OneDrive client version 18.0.0.0 (or higher) is supported. Additionally, no OneDrive settings will be propagated unless the end user has logged into the OneDrive client with the correct OneDrive email account.
4. Additionally, confirm the OneDrive section in SLAgent_Longon.log (default location %temp%\DesktopAuthority) shows that all OneDrive related operations completed successfully as seen below:
5. Finally, confirm the OneDrive client’s “Auto Save” settings reflect the setting from both the Manager Console and Sltrace file. In the screenshot below, Pictures is being protected, however Desktop and Documents is not protected (consistent with Sltrace and Manager console settings above).
