How to remove Expert Assist from a Windows command line.
On the computer that currently has Expert Assist installed open a Windows command prompt by clicking Start | Run | and typing "cmd". In the command prompt make the working directory C:\Program Files\DesktopAuthority or C:\Program Files\Dell\ExpertAssist for version 9.3 and 10. On version 10.1 the path is C:\Program Files\Quest\ExpertAssist
Enter the command "DesktopAuthority Uninstall" and press enter to begin the removal process. Once the message stating the uninstall was successful appears, the process is complete and workstation should be rebooted.
